    Reporting to the Regional Manager, East, you will be responsible for effectively managing the Warehousing and Distribution of the Smithfield and St Marys warehouses. Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisors, ensure daily duties are completed in a safe and efficient manner as well as establishing and maintaining key professional relationships with customers.

    As the Warehouse Manager, your duties will include:

    • Lead daily tactical and strategic planning to organize, monitor, and control warehouse operations.
    • Cultivate relationships with warehouse clients, focusing on developing high levels of customer service.
    • Coach and develop warehouse employees to achieve individual and organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors to optimize inbound/outbound logistics and daily performance.
    • Conduct scheduled stocktakes and investigate anomalies for continuous improvement, ensuring high levels of stock management
    • Foster cohesion among all departments to achieve the best whole-of-business outcomes.

    • A proactive and autonomous work style.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent data entry skills.
