Description
Redpath Partners have partnered with a leading Australian real estate fund to source a dynamic Investment Analyst / Associate. Within their Real Estate specialism, they offer credit and equity investments for their broad range of investors.
With both Institutional and Private funds, the successful applicant will enjoy exposure to all forms of property credit in all asset classes. Predominantly the deal-flow will be supporting development / construction credit transactions. Deals will vary in size and structure type. The role will support the Investment Directors and Origination Managers, through the complex full credit risk spectrum, offering structured tailored solutions to their clients.
The successful applicant will:
have a undergraduate degree in Property/Commerce/Finance (or relevant area)
- have 4-7 years experience working in a real estate finance capacity, either banking or a corporate entity
- thrive as a "problem solver" manging transactions end-to-end
- be keen to learn and grow within the property credit investment sector
- posses excellent written and verbal communication skills
