    Senior Recruitment Consultant - Public Sector

    We have a great opportunity to join a successful team with a long track record of high performance and success. As an experienced recruiter you will be able to consolidate and enhance your consulting and recruitment skills in a highly professional segment where you can truly make a difference. You should have a can-do approach and a positive outlook and look forward to working with senior client stakeholders and often senior and specialist candidates.

    About the role

    The opportunity will be on a high performing warm Communications desk in the Public Sector. You will have the opportunity to work with clients across State Government and NFP. There are key PSA agreements in place, so we are looking for someone who can leverage our strong existing relationships and develop these further through excellence in delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • 360 end to end recruitment on a dual desk
    • Achieve individual revenue targets and KPI's
    • Step into warm relationships and build on them
    • Developing relationships with external clients
    • Establish and develop your own business and relationships
    • Attend thorough job briefings and confidently present market updates and intelligence
    • Sourcing and headhunting candidates through traditional channels and newer, innovative channels
    • Consulting and coaching candidates regularly throughout the selection process

    What we are looking for in you:

    You will be an experienced recruitment consultant with a proven track record in hitting and over achieving targets. To be successful in this role you are self-motivated, outcome focused and self confident. You will have excellent planning and organisation skills, exceptional communication skills and be a positive and resilient person who thrives on challenges.
