- Design, documentation, and site inspections of various types of projects including roads, drainage works, civil infrastructure, essential services, land development and property civil works.
- First point of contact for civil projects for the office.
- Liaising with clients, building client relationships and preparing bids.
- Leading the design of projects and overseeing the documentation.
- Coordination with clients, other consultants, internal engineers, senior civil designers, and draftspersons for the documentation of civil engineering projects.
- Site inspections (including inspecting civil works to ensure compliance with project documentation and specifications for work undertaken by contractors).
- Experience in an engineering consultancy.
- Experience in the Great Southern or other regional locations will be advantageous.
- Experience in transport, land development, property, port and marine, asset auditing will be highly regarded.
- Relevant 5+ years experience in a consulting environment.
- A sound knowledge of construction methods and health and safety.
- Engineering degree qualification
