    Job Description

    As a Senior Mobile Engineer at MILKRUN, you will participate in developing product features through all software development cycle phases and work alongside Product Managers and senior engineers.

    You will have a direct impact on our customers, helping make their lives easier. Our cross-functional teams own new features, maintenance, and monitoring, shipping code several times a day.

    Responsibilities

    • Help build a magical app experience that enables 10-minute delivery.
    • Contribute to platform design evolution, ensuring maintainability, ease of change, and reliability.
    • Partner with Design and Product teams to solve complex problems for customers.
    • Shape the engineering team vibe through open feedback, good communication, and bias for action.
    • Build a high-performance engineering culture based on trust, transparency, and autonomy.
    • Perform hands-on coding as a Mobile Engineer, including building new features, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems.

    Requirements

    • Senior Mobile Engineer experience in Flutter and native iOS or Android development.
    • Experience building elegant apps that make customers happy, with measurable impact.
    • Elegant, scalable, and maintainable app development skills.
    • Experience building, maintaining, and improving tooling for developer productivity.
    • Care deeply about software quality, balancing MVPs, costs, and tradeoffs.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

    The estimated salary range for this role is $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year.
