Our client is a growing specialist commercial law firm with a strong reputation for acting for blue-chip clients.This is an awesome opportunity to work with a Senior Commercial Law Practitioner with an excellent reputation as an outstanding mentor.
THE ROLEThe firm is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Commercial and Property Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' PAE.
This position will see you working on a range of property, corporate and body corporate matters for small to medium size commercial clients.
Responsibilities include but is not limited toDrafting, reviewing and negotiating loan agreements;
Providing Body Corporate Advice;
Acting on the Sale and purchase of businesses;
Commercial leasing and franchising agreements;
Providing corporate restructure advice;
Advising on shareholder agreements;
Establishing and maintaining strong relations with existing and new clients.
ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role you will have a minimum 2 years' of post-admission property, corporate and body corporate law experience, and be eager to take the next step in your career
In addition, you will have:
An eagerness to progress and develop within property law;
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment; and
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
