    Participant and Program Officer

    The Participant and Program Officer will lead and manage the participant experience alongside program management teams who lead the delivery of the professional learning. The role is responsible for managing all elements of the scheduling of programs to ensure coherent course delivery across all programs over multiple years, meeting the needs of our clients and delivering our participation-related key performance indicators. As such, the role focuses on consistency in participant experience and scheduling across all professional learning offerings. The role is responsible for matching participants into relevant programs with a consistent application and selection process across programs.

    Key accountabilities for this role include:

    • Program and project implementation through a customer service lens
    • Management of the end-to-end participant learning journey experience
    • Scheduling of the Academy's professional learning programs
    • Stakeholder engagement
