    Delivering a sustainable future with Western Australia's landmark urea project is an exciting opportunity.

    The Project Ceres urea plant, a joint venture between Clough and other companies, aims to establish the largest production facility in Australia, implementing cutting-edge processes for minimal environmental impact.

    This ambitious undertaking will create approximately 2,000 jobs during its construction phase, generating sustained economic benefits and opportunities for local residents through education, training, and career development.

    Clough invites experienced professionals to join their Project Ceres Team as Site Administrators.

    As a key member of the site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the project by providing administrative support and acting as a liaison between departments.

    Your primary focus will include:

    • Mobilizing and onboarding personnel
    • Providing technical administrative support in coordinating data for claims and variations
    • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for Clough and the client
    • Daily and weekly audit of employee timesheets
    • Attending planning and scheduling meetings, taking minutes / actions and follow-ups
    • Assisting with sub-contract sign-on process
    • Other general administrative duties as directed by the construction manager

    To succeed in this role, you will require:

    • Previous experience in office administration
    • Strong skills in MS Office (MS Word / Excel)
    • High attention to detail and exceptional customer service
    • Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and expectations
    • Ability to problem solve, identify concerns and escalate in a timely manner
    • Experience with INX or similar systems (desirable)
