Civica UK Ltd, a leader in software solutions for public services, seeks a Consulting Arborist to enhance our Arborsafe tree management platform. This role involves providing expert consulting services, including tree biology, VTA, species identification, and pricing recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality consulting services to clients, ensuring timely project completion and excellent customer satisfaction.
• Conduct comprehensive tree assessments and generate detailed reports, including tree management plans.
• Offer expert advice on arboricultural practices, industry advancements, and sales and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients, staff, contractors, and suppliers to meet service and project requirements.

This position requires a minimum of an Australian recognized Cert 5 in Arboriculture or above, along with at least 5 years of experience in consulting arborist roles.

Requirements:

• Australian recognized Cert 5 in Arboriculture or above
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting arborist roles
• Sound technical skills in tree biology, VTA, species identification, and remedial tree works
• Accurate pricing knowledge for tree operations and excellent CRM skills
• Proficiency in IT and report writing
• Commercial acumen and motivation to contribute to business growth
• Risk assessment qualifications such as QTRA and/or TRAQ (Mandatory)
• Good physical fitness and mobility to conduct tree assessments

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum.
