    • About the role

    Working in our Automation team, the Scrum Master's role is to take accountability for the delivery of value to stakeholders and empower, lead and coach collocated or geographically distributed teams to be successful, self-organising and adapt to change by living Agile values and principles. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technology and agile and can talk the team's talk.

    What you'll do

  • Guide and coach teams on Agile practices to grow Agile maturity
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with business and customer groups and within the teams
  • Removal of impediments / blockers and coach teams to resolve them
  • Develop, monitor, and communicate team reporting and metrics
  • Assist in the development, planning and delivery of a portfolio of work for teams

    • What you'll bring

  • 3+ years' experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or Iteration Manager
  • Excellent understanding of different Agile approaches (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
  • A deep technical background and understanding of software development and SDLC
  • High level communication and mentoring skills with ability to communicate at all levels
  • Awareness and experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing
