Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders, analyzing requirements and producing documented specifications for new technology applications or business processes.

Maximize value delivery by ensuring all features and stories align with business objectives.
Collaborate with Product Owner and Release Train Engineer to refine backlog through prioritization and estimation.
Outline requirements for solution development and support team members in understanding and delivering on commitments.

Proficiency in problem-solving, analysis, and simplifying complex processes.
Strong background in agile environments and familiarity with HCD techniques.
Ability to communicate product vision to stakeholders and teams, shaping backlog features and user stories for sprints.
Comfortable playing a leadership role in cross-functional teams through discovery, development, and operational stages.
Capacity for innovation, adaptation, and acquiring new skills.
Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision-making.
Previous experience as a Business or Technical Analyst.
Experience collaborating with Vendors/3rd parties and managing competing priorities.

Typical Day:
Capture and groom requirements into epics, features, user stories, and dependencies aligned with business needs.
Perform various analyses to articulate business needs and solution requirements, producing As-Is and To-Be process models.
Develop process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, and reporting outputs.
Ensure Delivery and Development teams understand the value of each user story delivered.

Collaborate with Product Owner and Release Train Engineer to understand, elicit, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements, emphasizing value delivery.

Translate end-user/customer insights into Epics and Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.
Participate in workshops and analyze the impact of proposed solutions holistically.
Develop artifacts to support governance processes and liaise with Change Manager and Product Owner to develop stakeholder communications. 3.

Year Job Description:6+ years of hands-on experience in application design, development and implementations.

3 + years of experience with building modern applications utilizing services like Cloud Build, Cloud Functions/ Cloud Run, GKE, Logging, GCS, Big Query & IAM In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with GKE/K8s.

Proficiency in Terraform or similar Ia C tools. Experience in Python and/or shell scripting. A secondary language such as Golang is added advantage. Experience working with container technologies like Docker, Open Shift and Kubernetes. Solid understanding of Java/J2 EE/Spring/Microservice/API development to be able to design, build and support them in production. Foundational understanding of event-driven design principles for efficient service interactions utilizing Kafka/stream processing frameworks.

Expertise with building CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Git Hub (or similar) Expertise with Maven, Robot, Mockito, Junit and JMeter Able to demonstrate experience with software engineering practices including CI/CD, Automated testing and Performance Engineering.
