    Description

    Sales Development Representative Campaign Lead

    We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) Campaign Lead to join our global SDR Marketing team in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. Reporting directly to the Director of Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for spearheading various campaign initiatives that drive sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and sales teams to identify and prioritize campaign requests.
    • Work closely with SDR Operations Analysts to develop targeted personas and accounts, and track campaign performance metrics.
    • Design and implement sequences, templates, and snippets that maximize conversion rates and minimize unsubscribes.
    • Coordinate with marketing teams to create engaging program content that resonates with target audiences.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Experience with Salesforce for reporting, lead tracking, and campaign analysis.
    • Proficiency in building Outreach sequences and generating actionable reports.
    • Exceptional writing skills for creating personalized B2B content.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with Zoominfo, LeadIQ, and Lusha for enhanced data insights.
    • Previous experience as an SDR Manager, content writer, Outreach administrator, or project manager.
    • Prior SDR experience with a proven track record of success.
