The Opportunity
Reporting directly into the Head of Human Resources, and working as part of a wider HR team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong key stakeholder relationships delivering advice and coaching to the business on all areas of HR with a particular focus on performance management.
Key Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience as a true HR Business Partner with solid experience providing best practice solutions across the whole employee life cycle with a focus on ER/IR related matters. You will enjoy partnering with leaders on day-to-day people matters and supporting the business by translating business strategy into people priorities.
