- Planning and monitoring workflows through the highly automated DC, optimising capacity, velocity, accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitoring product flows, processing equipment and order completion progress, proactively identifying and coordinating actions necessary to maintain high levels of system performance and on-time order completion.
- Analysing and monitoring the flow of products and orders through the facility to identify areas for improvement, processes enhancement and optimisation.
- Becoming a subject matter expert and super-user of the automation control systems and utilising these skills to maintain and optimise control system configuration settings to maximise performance, capacity and efficiency.
- Identifying system performance trends, unplanned faults and/or performance or functional deviations and planning, initiating and coordinating appropriate response and recovery actions (short term) and continuous improvement initiatives (medium term).

You will be responsible for planning and monitoring workflows through our highly automated DC, optimising capacity, velocity, accuracy and efficiency.

You will lead a Flow Control team, collaborate with colleagues and other departments to drive continuous improvement in the timely and efficient flow of products and orders through the facility.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum depending on experience.
