    What You'll Do

    • Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Ensure that the company's personnel policies and operations are in compliance with national and state laws and regulations, including but not limited to labor laws, employment discrimination laws, privacy laws, and competition laws.
    • Recruitment & Selection: Follow Asia recruitment guideline to prepare and post job advertisements, screen candidates' resumes, arrange interviews, conduct competency assessments and appointments, and ensure that all contracts and agreements are signed in accordance with company policies and laws and regulations.
    • Employee Onboarding & Training: Follow Asia guideline to be responsible for the onboarding and orientation of new employees, helping them familiarize themselves with the company culture and policies, as well as their job responsibilities and expectations. Also, assists with training activities in non-technical and legal areas such as employee development programs and compliance training.
    • Performance Management & Appraisal: Implement performance management processes, including regular goal setting, appraisal, feedback and validation. Responsible for collecting and analysing employee performance data to drive AUS market result.
    • Compensation and Promotion Management: Follow up with global and Asia compensation and benefits guideline to communicate employee compensation adjustment and promotion process according to company policies and market compensation levels. Ensure that the salary is in line with the employee's ability and contribution and motivate employees to pursue better performance.
    • Employee Relations and Welfare: Responsible for dealing with employees' daily problems, concerns, and disputes, providing appropriate support and solutions. Also, plan and organize team activities to enhance team cohesion and employee satisfaction.
    • Employee Assistance Programs: Promote and implement Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to provide support and resources for employees in the areas of mental health and healthy living.
    • Health and Safety: Promote and maintain the implementation and compliance of health and safety (WHS) standards in the work environment. Participate in relevant training and educational activities to increase employee awareness and appreciation of WHS.
    • Ad hoc HR tasks: assist with other HR tasks assigned by Polestar HR and Market GM as needed to ensure smooth HR operations and employee engagement.

    Who You Are

    • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in human resource management in AUS, familiar with operational processes in the areas of recruitment, selection, training, performance management and employee relations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with employees at different levels.
    • Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task and resolve HR issues efficiently.
    • In-depth knowledge and practical experience of national and state labor regulations and policies, able to provide compliance advice and solutions to the company.
    • Ability to remain flexible and decisive in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
    • High level of identification and commitment to teamwork and company culture.
