    Description

    RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. seeks a full-time, permanent employee to start as soon as possible. This is a brand new role for the business.

    About the Role

    This is a key role in driving the onshore wind and BESS growth strategy for RWE Renewables (RWER) in the UK.

    Responsibilities

    The Property Manager (Grid) will work closely with the RWER Development Project Managers and Origination Managers to:

    • Negotiate and secure legal agreements for property-related project transactions.
    • Drive and take responsibility for complex grid activities and transactions.

    Requirements and Experience

    We are looking for someone with:

    • A degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
    • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV).
    • Knowledge of the renewables development process in the UK.
    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
    • Awareness of health and safety protocols.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Good knowledge of property law and land use systems.
