    Our Hamilton store is hiring a Store Manager to join their team on a full-time basis at Shop 12, The Hub Shopping Centre Gray Street Hamilton VIC 3300.

    As a Telstra Retail Store Manager, you'll work with your Area Managers to coach and grow your team to greatness. You'll use your previous retail management experience to lead from the front, helping to inspire the next generation of the retail team. You're excited to move into this pivotal role to develop a high performing team, while enhancing your skills and growing yourself professionally.

    What you'll do

    • Ensuring the stores KPI's (sales and customer service) are met
    • Developing and nurture a high performing, customer experience focused team within a fast-paced environment
    • Maintaining an inclusive store culture, ensuring it's a positive and all-round awesome place to be
    • Identify and lead the recruitment for new store team members
    • Collaborate with your team members, leading performance reviews and helping grow their careers

    About you

    • Demonstrated recent people leadership success within a target driven retail sales environment
    • You're able to energise and drive a team to exceed sales targets and KPIs
    • You lead from the front and are able to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied team
    • You're able to resolve customer issues with your eyes closed and can put a creative spin on problem solving
    • Experience in leading through times of change (products / systems) and bringing your team on the journey
