Job summary
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, passionate Coordinator of Supports to join our vibrant team.
- Working with Participants to achieve their NDIS goals, build their capacity and independence.
- Linking participants to relevant service providers and coordinating services on behalf of Participants
- Working within individual NDIS funding budgets while continually tracking and monitoring billable hours.
- Have well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with internal / external stakeholders.
