    Description

    UGL Telecommunications, part of the Services Division is seeking applications from experienced Invoicing Officers for an immediate start.

    This is a permanent full time role and based in Tullamarine Victoria.

    The Invoicing & Quality Assurance Officer undertakes advanced data verification work that identifies the satisfactory completion of work that enables accurate and timely client billing. The position also provides and supports the delivery of excellent customer service that meets and exceeds contractual obligations through the provision of safe, effective and efficient administrative support services and controls.

    About You

    In addition to being an experienced all-round administrator; the following experience and personal traits will be highly regarded:

    • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a similar role
    • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Ability to adapt to change and learn new systems and processes
    • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain internal and external relationships
    • Ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality and organise / prioritise demands
    • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated high level of negotiation and influencing skills
