- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support management decisions.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy.
- Conduct cost analysis and profitability studies.
- Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Support the Financial Accountant in day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Collaborate with various business units to establish a strong partnership with operations and management.
- Provide real-time support and analysis to assist in decision-making.
- Support multiple departments as needed and provide assistance across the organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce, or business.
- CA or CPA qualified (or working towards).
- Extensive experience delivering services aligned with business activities.
- Ability to lead stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
- Strong business planning, organisational, financial, and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience managing workloads in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in various computer and accounting applications.
