    Description

    Job Summary

    This is a challenging role that requires a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving abilities to work in one of the largest automated warehousing solutions built by Vanderlande. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to operational callouts, monitoring equipment, and advising clients on proper machine processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Respond to operational callouts, error notifications, blockages, alarms, and warnings as instructed.
    2. Exchange or refill consumables such as foil, labels, and cartons.
    3. Clean parts of the system during maintenance or when technical spillages occur.
    4. Communicate system events clearly to relevant teams to minimize customer operations.
    5. Monitor Vanderlande equipment and advise clients on proper machine operation.
    6. Clear system issues or blockages where required.
    7. Perform low-risk tasks such as repairing pneumatic leaks, replacing filters, and sensor alignments/replacements.
    8. Execute instructions as directed and work independently or as part of a team.

    Qualifications

    1. Highly motivated individual with ability to learn quickly.
    2. Basic problem-solving abilities.
    3. Able to work in a team environment.
    4. Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
    5. Experience within a warehouse environment preferred, not essential.
    6. Punctual, dependable, and well-presented.
    7. Mechanical or electrical aptitude.
    8. Current Forklift license is highly beneficial, not essential.
    9. Physically fit.
    10. Available for an immediate start if necessary.
    11. Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency with unrestricted rights to work in Australia.

    Work Schedule

    You will be required to work a 4 on/4 off rotating roster with two 12-hour day shifts, two 12-hour night shifts, and four consecutive days off.
