    As a Regional Manager , you'll lead with impact – guiding, inspiring and empowering our boutique teams across approximately 9 boutiques and 3 concession stores within the region .
    Eight of our QLD stores are located in the area extending from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast and west to Toowoomba.
    Regular travel to these stores by car is expected.
    Less regular travel is required to regional stores at Port Macquarie, Coff's Harbour, Rockhampton and Townsville.
    As Regional Manager, you'll be the force that inspires high-performing teams, champions customer excellence and drives strong commercial outcomes.
    Reporting to the Head of Retail, you'll provide coaching, strategic direction and hands-on leadership across store operations, people development and brand standards – ensuring excellence in both customer experience and commercial results.
    What You'll Do Lead and inspire Store Managers to deliver exceptional results and elevate team culture Champion the customer experience by empowering teams to deliver memorable service Analyse business performance and implement solutions to drive growth and efficiency Ensure consistency in retail operations, compliance and brand presentation Play an active role in recruiting, coaching, and succession planning to build future leaders Act as the link between support office and stores – sharing insights, problem-solving and contributing to brand-wide decisions Champion Blue Illusion's values – uplifting and community-minded leadership What You'll Bring Proven multi-site retail leadership experience (fashion/apparel desirable) A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to elevate in-store experiences Commercial acumen to manage KPIs, budgets, and performance targets You have a hands-on style, are quick to build trust, and bring clarity to your teams Experience in performance management, change leadership, and accountability Solid understanding of retail operations, stock, and visual merchandising A collaborative and empowering communication style that builds trust Be a culture ambassador, sharing your passion for retail, customer experience and shared wins with your team A growth mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and resilience in fast-paced environments Join Us At Blue Illusion, leadership is about more than managing – it's about empowering.
