    Lycopodium Minerals is currently recruiting for a Project Delivery Manager to join our growing Projects team in Perth.

    Reporting directly to our General Manager - Projects, the Project Delivery Manager will ensure the professional and safe delivery of national & international projects in accordance with Company, Client and industry requirements, whilst maintaining the quality of output of the project site teams.

    Working closely with the PMs and Senior Project Managers, your main responsibilities will include:

    • Provide input into feasibility study schedules, implementation plans, constructability strategies and material management plans.
    • Monitor the progress and performance of each project team, and provide feedback and support to ensure delivery of professional services within all requirements.
    • Drive the projects under your control to achieve contractual KPI's and exceed Client expectations.
    • Ensure quality management of construction methodology and project plans to maximise accountability and implementation of corrective actions.
    • Ensure all professional services across all projects are delivered in accordance with Company, Client, regulatory and contractual requirements and standards.
    • Continuous improvement in both the management and technical competence of staff within the Group.
    • Drive business development activities through engaging and maintaining Client relationships and key prospect development.

    What you will bring:

    • University degree in Engineering or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution.
    • 15+ post graduate experience in Mineral Processing or related industries.
    • Exceptional stakeholder management experience, building and maintaining positive relationships with staff, clients and vendors
    • Exemplify and encourage the core values and ethos of the business.
    • Ability to multitask across a variety of complex project priorities
    • Intuitive leader with the ability to initiate, lead and manage change in a complex environment.
    • Provide mentoring and identify avenues of professional development and succession planning to personnel.
