    Qantas is seeking a dedicated Investment Coordinator to join the Climate Change team, specifically focused on the Qantas Climate Fund, which has been established to drive progress against our 2030 Climate Action Plan targets by investing directly in climate solutions.

    Reporting to the Executive Manager, Climate Change, you will play a key role in the set up and management of the Fund, including implementing governance and reporting processes, coordinating investment committee meetings, managing due diligence processes and coordinating events and communications associated with the Fund. The role will involve developing trusted relationships with GLT members and senior Executives across the Group and will provide administrative support to the EM, Climate Change.

    You'll have –

    • 5+ years' experience project management and administrative assistance
    • Tertiary qualifications in business administration or similar
    • Demonstrated ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
    • Highly developed time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
    • Enthusiastic and highly motivated self-starter who is results-orientated and a team player
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Proven written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation and customers
    • Experience and working knowledge of Qantas in-house systems
    • A high level of personal accountability, honesty and integrity
