    We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Administrator to join our team. As a representative of the company, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency with construction documents throughout the project phase.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Visit project sites to monitor progress and quality of work.
    • Determine if work is proceeding in accordance with drawings, specifications, and overall design intent.
    • Produce field observation reports detailing progress and quality of work.
    • Review contractor submittals, including shop drawings, product data, and samples, to ensure conformance with design intent.
    • Respond to Requests For Information (RFI's) and collaborate with project design team as needed.
    • Review and execute Certificates for Payment provided by the contractor.
    • Participate in Owner Architect Contractor Meetings.
    • Perform building inspections to issue Certificates of Substantial Completion.
    • Possess high-level knowledge of construction systems and techniques, with ability to effectively communicate complex information.
    • Understand how Building Code standards are implemented into built work product.
    • Engage proactively with construction team to address day-to-day problems.
    • Familiarity with design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and PDF editing programs.
    • Strong work ethic, conscientiousness, cooperation, thoroughness, precision, collaboration, motivation, and enthusiasm.

    This role requires effective communication, relationship-building, and attention to detail. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including the company, management, team members, and clients. A fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines is expected.

    The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records. They must also be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, working independently and as part of a team.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction administration or related field.
    • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and PDF editing programs.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.

    Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
