    Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for providing quality services and safeguards to Participants with an emphasis on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Building on individual strengths and enabling Participants to reach their goals
    • Providing 24-hour complex supports, supported independent living, community access, and transport
    • Domestic and personal care

    About You

    As a Complex Disability Support Worker, you'll have experience with providing quality care services, implementing behavioural strategy supports, and building rapport with Participants.

    Ideally, you'll have:

    • Previous experience working with high behaviour participants
    • A Certificate IV in Disability or a relevant qualification and a minimum of 12 months' experience in the sector
    • A Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
    • NDIS Worker Screening Check
    • A Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (desirable)
