    How will I help?

    AssistNow program is in place to lay foundations for a single collections platform which will replace multiple collections systems across the group. This role is within the portfolio delivery team, working closely with the various key stakeholders and assist in key deliverables as per responsibilities assigned by the Portfolio Director or their delegate.

    This position will mainly focus on managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects which are highly integrated or working towards a common strategy. Ensuring all technology aspects of the project are successfully monitored, documented, tracked, reported, integrated and implemented.

    The role will include, and is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

    • Lead the scrum team as a servant leader.
    • Guiding the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
    • Develop with the team a sustainable pace of continuous improvement.
    • Help the team articulate, radiate and actively remove impediments.
    • Create a positive team environment that empowers the team through facilitation of discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
    • Actively working to develop new ways of communication, information radiation and transparency for the team and their stakeholders.
    • Partner with the Product Owner to ensure a strong vision, backlog development and cadence.
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (incl. sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives), ensuring that activities are time-boxed and artefacts are visible to the team (through visualisation techniques and/or tools).
    • Work with other stakeholders to validate and align dependencies.

    What do I need?

    To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the below skills:

    • Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master Level 1 desirable.
    • Experience working with scaled agile is mandatory.
    • 8+ years practical experience on a Scrum and/or Agile team.
    • 5+ years practical experience as a Scrum Master for 1+ teams.
    • Familiarity with market leading Agile tools, e.g. JIRA, Rally, Version One, desirable
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications (PMI / Agile / Prince 2)
