    Description

    We have outstanding opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join a busy and growing accounting practice in Bundoora. The role will be responsible for completing financial accounts and providing financial advice to clients. We are looking for a strong communicator who enjoys meeting clients face to face and hosting meetings.

    The role

    • You will complete financial accounts for a group of clients
    • Complete financial accounts inc tax returns, bas, preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts
    • Provide pro-active accounting advice to clients including tax planning, budgeting, forecasting and general financial advice
    • Build relationships with clients and help grow the business
    • Update and manage internal systems

    What we are looking for

    • Proven experience as a financial accountant
    • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent (CA / CPA preferred but not essential)
    • A strong communicator who enjoys meeting clients and working closely with clients
    • Experience using accounting software - XERO preferred
    • Positive approach and ambition
