- Implement, audit and conduct inspections of site specific HSE management systems
- Assist operational teams in complying with the HSE Management system
- Develop and implement new HSE initiatives
- Compile and issue HSE based reports (incident reports, trends analysis)
- Communicate HSE requirements to all staff on site
- Monitor the implementation of operational safety, health and environmental policies and programs
- Ensure effective communication of HSE information across the site
- Conduct incident investigations and issue findings to project team and management teams as required
- Cert IV OH&S (minimum)
- White Card
- Full, current RIO inductions
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar position
- Minimum intermediate level across the Microsoft office suite of programs
- Previous experience within HSE databases
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of key stakeholders
- Incident investigation experience (eg ICAM, Taproot)

Reporting to the HSE Manager you will be responsible for providing support to corporate and project teams in the delivery of work activities safely and to ensure health, safety & environmental management system compliance on a civils and construction project in the Dampier region.
