    F&B Supervisor Job Summary

    As an F&B Supervisor at The Ritz-Carlton, you will be the key to delivering exceptional service experiences that exceed our guests' expectations. You will embody the legendary service that makes us a leading luxury brand and contribute to creating unforgettable memories for our guests.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our food and beverage team in providing outstanding service to our guests.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the operational service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
    • Create unforgettable memories for our guests throughout the complete beverage experience
    • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
    • Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
    • Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to your department's Ladies and Gentlemen
    • Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
    • Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
    • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
    • Plan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets

    About You:

    • An up-to-date RSA certificate
    • Relevant experience in a managerial role
    • Working rights in Australia
