How You'll Make an Impact

As a Complex Disability Support Worker, you'll provide quality services and safeguards to our Participants, focusing on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence.

A day in this role may involve supporting Participants with:

Building on individual strengths and enabling Participants to reach their goals
24-hour complex supports
Supported Independent living
Community access and transport
Domestic and Personal care

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Experience providing quality care services and implementing behavioural strategy supports
Cert IV in Disability or a relevant qualification and at least 12 months experience in the sector
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (desirable)
