    Supervisor de Mantenimiento



    El objetivo principal de esta posición es supervisar que el personal a su cargo ejecute correctamente los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos a los equipos de los subsistemas de Señalización, Telecomunicaciones, Centro de Control Operacional (CCO) y Boletaje en la línea del Tren Interurbano México-Toluca; así como verificar que los técnicos cuenten con el conocimiento, materiales, herramientas y equipo de protección personal necesario para la ejecución de los trabajos, con el propósito de realizar las actividades de mantenimiento de forma coordinada y entregar en tiempo los reportes de avances a las diferentes áreas con las que interactúa; con el objetivo de asegurar los niveles de Confiabilidad, Disponibilidad, Mantenibilidad y Seguridad (RAMS) del proyecto.

    Principales actividades:
    1. Coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo semanalmente, asignando tareas específicas a su equipo de técnicos.
    2. Supervisión de la ejecución, en tiempo y forma, del programa de actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, validando con la Supervisión Externa la correcta ejecución de los trabajos conforme especificaciones Particulares, procedimientos y/o manuales aplicables.
    3. Identificar, solicitar, controlar y distribuir a sus equipos de técnicos las herramientas y equipos necesarios para el mantenimiento a ejecutar.
    4. Identificar desviaciones y/o incidentes que impactan directamente a la ejecución de las actividades en sitio, reportando inmediatamente a su mánager, así como proponer la solución aplicable para revisarla y conciliarla con la Supervisión Externa en sitio, conforme la estrategia de negocio y objetivos del proyecto e instrucciones de su mánager.

    Conocimientos y habilidades requeridas:
    1. Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Electrónica, Eléctrica, Comunicaciones, Sistemas o campo afín.
    2. 2 años de experiencia supervisando actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a equipos de IT, eléctricos, electrónicos y mecánicos, preferiblemente en equipos de comunicación.
    3. Capacidad de manejo de personal, al menos 5 personas a su cargo.
    4. Experiencia en seguimiento a planes de trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y generación de diversos reportes.
    5. Tolerancia a trabajar en alturas, espacios confinados y uso de plataformas de elevación (p. e. Genie) y grúas.
