    Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer specialising in luxury retail projects to join our passionate team.

    The ideal candidate will possess a creative vision, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional design solutions that exceed client expectations

    Responsibilities:
    Lead the design process from concept development to project completion, ensuring adherence to client objectives, budget, and timeline.
    Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and project teams to translate design concepts into stunning, functional retail environments.
    Develop comprehensive design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, and 3 D renderings, to communicate design intent effectively.
    Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
    Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to integrate innovative design solutions into projects.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
    Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Revit, Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and team members.
    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
    Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for mentorship and professional development.
