    What this job involves:

    We're looking for a personable, professional, and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team and provide Facilities Management support and coordination In this role you will support the service delivery functions of Government Client tenants and Facilities Managers.

    This is a part time role, 4 working days a week. Open to Canberra or Brisbane based.

  • Coordination of facilities management activities as delegated by centralised team and operational requirements.
  • Monitor use of Corrigo to understand delivery of services, evaluation of tasks, invoicing, and submission of documentation, manage risk exposure related to delays.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Business Support Team & Facilities Managers.
  • Manage any escalations regarding contractor performance and missing/incomplete compliance documentation.
  • Build and develop effective relationships with Facilities Managers, Contractors, and Suppliers.

  • Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, active listening and problem solving skills
  • Flexible in adapting to rapidly changing situations
  • A team player who is able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
  • You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
