  • About the opportunities

    Regis have multiple opportunities for Registered Nurses across our 64 care homes throughout Australia.

    We offer Visa sponsorship, relocation and potential support to Permanent Residency, whilst developing your career with one of Australia's leading Aged Care providers.

    You will have at least 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse in Health, Primary or the Aged Care sectors and be passionate about providing person centred care to our residents. We can offer a variety of shifts (day, afternoon, evening) to suit your personal circumstances.

    Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide person centred care to residents in accordance with their care plan and policy.
  • Administer medication and provide specialised nursing care Complete Clinical documentation, reporting and audits in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Collaborate with clinical and care staff and other Home staff to provide quality care
  • Motivate, lead and supervise Carers and Enrolled Nurses
  • Leadership of care outcomes for residents
  • Skills & Experience

  • Hold current AHPRA Registration
  • Minimum of 1+ years Nursing experience since registration, ideally within Health, Primary or Aged Care
  • A passion for providing person centred care
  • An understanding of the needs of people living with dementia
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work successfully in a team
  • Proven capability and experience leading a team (for In-Charge roles)
  • Mandatory requirements:

  • Proof of the legal right to work in Australia
  • Valid National Police Check or NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Evidence of Covid19 vaccination
  • Evidence of seasonal Influenza vaccination
