    About the Company:
    Join an innovative and rapidly expanding optical business, with 8 years of experience. They partner with independent practices, providing comprehensive support through head office services, including HR, marketing, and operational guidance.

    About the Role:
    As a Store Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the Griffiths practice. Reporting to the Regional Manager NSW South, you'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional patient care, driving sales performance, and fostering a positive work environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead by example, providing exceptional patient care and leading the team in dispensing glasses and recommending lenses.
    • Manage the practice's performance, focusing on revenue, conversions, and maintaining quality service.
    • Oversee daily operations, including rostering, time sheets, and overall team performance.
    • Drive sales performance through effective coaching and training, ensuring achievement of KPIs.
    • Maintain operational excellence by implementing and adhering to business processes and procedures.

    About You:

    • Friendly, engaging personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
    • Sales-focused with a drive to meet and exceed KPIs.
    • Experience in optical dispensing preferred, but retail leadership experience will also be considered.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

    Benefits:

    • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year + Super.
    • $1,200 annual product benefits.
    • Monday - Friday roster
    • Fortnightly bonus program based on labour management and revenue.
    • Opportunities for growth and development within a rapidly expanding company.
