- A current, unrestricted, AHPRA registration
- An experienced clinical manager or highly experienced aged care nurse (minimum of 4 years' aged care experience)
- A passion and commitment to working in aged care with a sound understanding of the sector.
- A team player that can oversee multiple teams (Carers, EN's, RN's) at once.
- Good organisational, written and verbal communication skills
