The Role:

As a Chef de Partie in this bustling Restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of the culinary offerings. Chefs with clear communication and direction to the front as you will be asked to take charge in various situations during service.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience and expertise in pass and prep cooking and displaying culinary finesse.
• Outstanding ability to follow, give and communicate directions effectively within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong vocal presence on the pass, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Resilience and composure under pressure, ensuring consistent delivery of top-quality dishes.
• Experience in stock control, ordering, and inventory management within a Restaurant is a bonus.
