    About us:

    Tiger Electrical Solutions is the chief provider of specialist electrical & HVAC solutions. We work with government departments, financial institutions, educational facilities, facility management companies and other private commercial organisations.

    We are looking for a skilled electrician to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

    Location: Oran Park, NSW 2570

    Job role: Full Time

    Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum plus superannuation

    Main Responsibilities include:

    · Design circuits and install various electrical systems, including wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers, in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

    · Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements for electrical systems.

    · Test electrical equipment and devices to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.

    · Inspect electrical components, such as wires, circuits, and switches, to identify defects, malfunctions, or safety hazards.

    · Repair or replace faulty wiring, fixtures, and equipment to restore functionality and prevent electrical hazards.

    · Troubleshoot electrical problems by systematically identifying and resolving issues with wiring, circuits, and electrical devices.

    · Use diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint the cause of malfunctions.

    · Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure the longevity of electrical systems.

    · Collaborate with other trades, such as plumbers, HVAC technicians, and construction workers, to coordinate electrical installations.

    · Follow safety protocols and procedures and use PPE and adhere to safety guidelines when working with live circuits and high voltage equipment.

    · Stay informed about advancements in electrical technology, regulations, and industry trends.

    Skills & qualifications

    · Minimum Certificate III in Electrotechnology or equivalent

    · Minimum 3 years' experience in related field and industry

    · Australian experience is essential

    · Demonstrated ability to understand electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams

    · Hand and Power Tools Knowledge

    · Knowledge of energy efficient practices

    · Valid NSW electrical licence
