Job DescriptionThe Field Services Manager for Australia and New Zealand plays a pivotal role in ensuring our customers across the region experience the highest levels of satisfaction. You will lead a dynamic team of dedicated technicians and warranty agents, enabling them to deliver exemplary service whilst enhancing our already excellent reputation ensuring internal and external service agents maintain the skills required. The Field Services Manager through effective management of the service agents will drive a reduction in after sale service costs whilst maintaining high standards.
QualificationsProven experience as a Field Services Manager or similar leadership role.
Refrigeration Trade Certificate
Possess in-depth technical knowledge and qualifications in HVAC and/or refrigeration disciplines.
Management related qualifications
