    About the role...

    Working as part of a small team, the Payroll Officer will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll for approximately 400 staff members within our BPO business unit. The role will require you to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. This is the ideal role for a self-starter, a problem solver and someone who has impeccable attention to detail.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a flexible, multi-functional team environment
  • Ability to exercise initiative and judgment when problem solving
  • Strong numeracy skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience in processing large volumes of work while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service
  • Intermediate to Advance MS Excel skills required for data analysing and reporting
  • You're able to consistently meet tight deadlines, prioritise, and work under pressure
  • Able to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Background in accounting preferred but not mandatory
  • Sound working knowledge of ADP payroll system or similar preferred.
