    Equipment Finance BDM - Commercial Broker Channel$120,000 Base + Monthly and annual incentives

    Company:

    is a 45 year old global finance company, with a head office in Europe, best known for providing equipment leasing solutions for business use assets.

    This allows businesses to pay for assets as they use them, by spreading the cost, over their useful life/lives.

    This simple and highly automated platform to; quote, approve, document and fund business equipment has now been opened to the Commercial Broker & aggregator markets, which has quickly grown to represent 50% of national volumes.


    Opportunity:


    This new and additional Sales role, capitalising on the strong initial growth of the product, is targeting the long list of aligned Commercial Asset Finance accredited brokers to maximise finance referrals.

    We are open to both Junior BDM candidates and BDM candidates for this role.


    Role:
    Can be based from Melbourne or Perth.

    It will be co-ordinating Sales efforts with sales teams in Sydney and Brisbane to prospect commercial equipment finance from brokers and aggregation networks around Australia.

    Early results have been impressive and this role will be providing that capacity to cover the large database of Commercial Asset Finance Brokers, who are typically CAFBA members and/or part of Asset Finance Aggregation groups.

    This blended sales role will have a mix of new business prospecting and account development.

    You will be looking to raise broker awareness of your equipment leasing product and develop their use of your leasing solution.

    Requirements:
    We will be seeking to discuss this role with people who fit the below profile.
    Motivated people looking to build a BDM career, focused on external sales.
    (Junior to experienced sales candidates are welcomed)

    It is key that you know about the Broker market for commercial asset finance, because you need to talk their language.

    Past work experience with a lender or finance aggregator is preferred.
