Direct message the job poster from Alt X Group Group Marketing Manager at the Alt X Group (Assetline Capital/Alt X)The Role Due to strong recent growth, we are looking for an additional team member in Sydney to perform an important support function to Assetline's property construction area, conducting site visits, communicating with the builders/developers and engaging problem solving skills to address issues as they arise on site.

The job will involve a mix of on-site and in the office work, and the successful candidate will be engaged across a wide range of activities.

What you'll be doing· Communicating with builders / developers regarding any underlying site issues· Preparing fortnightly and monthly reports for all loans· Identifying any potential risks/ project variations· Holding PCG meetings (when required)· Working closely with builders to ensure funds are deployed appropriately to pay subcontractors The successful candidate· Degree qualified in Construction or Quantity Surveying· 2-5 years quantity surveying or residential construction experience· An understanding of the developments, approvals and building processes· Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word· Excellent multi-tasking, time management and communication skills· Great attention to detail· Confidence to deal with external and internal stakeholders· Ability to contribute and work as part of a team· Availability to travel interstate as required We'd love to hear from youThis is a full-time role based in Bondi Junction, NSWFull permanent working rights with no restrictions is required.
