We are on the hunt for a skilledSystems Safety Engineerto join a dynamic team focused on pushing the boundaries of defence technology.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of complex systems.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Conduct risk assessments, ensuring compliance with industry-specific safety standards, and participating in system design to address safety concerns
Perform fault tree analysis to prevent or mitigate failures.
Maintain accurate safety documentation and lead incident investigations.
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide training on safety protocols.
Continuous improvement of safety processes and methodologies.
Have a thorough understanding of engineering principles and risk management.
Be committed to maintaining a robust safety culture within the organisation.

Bonus points if you have:
Previous experience in the Defence or Aerospace industry
Bachelors degree in related field
An understanding of MIL-STD-882
5 + years experience in Safety Systems
