    This role, based in SYDNEY, involves transforming and centralising the APAC HR Operations function, overseeing services for about 1000 managers and employees across 8 countries. Reporting to the VP International HR Operations based in Europe, this leadership position requires managing a team of up to 5 HR professionals.

    • Lead the complete scope of HR services for the APAC region following established standards.
    • Ensure compliance with regional employment laws and regulations.
    • Oversee compliance, controls, and audit activities.
    • Collaborate with HRBPs and COEs for service delivery and enhancements.
    • Represent APAC HR Operations in strategic programs and leadership meetings.
    • Drive operational excellence, efficiencies, and risk management through performance metrics.
    • Oversee PMO and change management initiatives within the HR Operations function.
    • Promote a global mentality and a unified way of working across the organization.

    Key Qualifications for a Director of HR Operations:

    • Experience in managing HR operations across multiple countries with HR Saa S Technology.
    • Expertise in HR compliance within APAC regions.
    • Strong analytical skills to draw insights from HR data.
    • Effective leadership abilities and team development skills.
    • Proficiency in optimizing HR processes and understanding cultural differences.
    • Excellent communication for effective collaboration and compliance.
    • Ability to align HR operations with business strategy and drive continuous improvement.
    • Adaptability to evolving HR trends and organizational needs.
