    We are currently seeking a dynamic Corporate Markets Testing Manager to lead our testing initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to our corporate clients.


    Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities:
    Manage the full end-to-end testing lifecycle of assigned projects in a multi-vendor and distributed delivery environment.

    Govern testing across the full spectrum of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including functional testing of API, system integration testing, end-to-end testing, and regression testing.

    Support new and existing testing processes, ensuring adherence to industry-accepted best practices for test creation and coding methods.
    Define and implement the test strategy and framework across IT, continuously enhancing and modifying based on industry best practices.
    Design and implement advanced testing practices and tools, evaluating, recommending, and implementing enterprise-wide standards and process guidelines.
    Administer test tools and integrations required to support the strategic roadmap, ensuring effective use across the organization.

    Ensure all testing activities for assigned projects are successfully delivered according to agreed project plans/schedules and meet identified success criteria.

    Build relationships and liaise closely with project managers, developers, business systems analysts, support staff, and the business community to ensure effective communication and reporting of testing activities.

    Review project business requirements, technical specifications, and solution design documents, highlighting any gaps or potential improvements.

    Formulate effective and robust test strategies and plans by coordinating with relevant stakeholders in a highly complex financial services environment.

    Provide day-to-day leadership to the project test team, managing the test planning and execution effort.
    Manage the escalation of issues/risks discovered through testing efforts and ensure timely resolution.
    Support and provide testing work aligned with project delivery for assigned team members.
    Build and enhance test team capability by providing appropriate metrics, status reporting, and mentoring.


    Experience & Personal Attributes:
    Previous background in superannuation, insurance, and financial systems highly advantageous.
    Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.

    Minimum of 10 years in a testing role, with at least 3+ years in leading and driving test teams for API and automation testing.

    Experience in test management in a captive model highly advantageous.
    Strong experience in test plans, strategies, cases, reporting, and automation.
    Proficiency in API (SOAP/Rest) testing using tools such as Postman, SOAPUI, Ready API, etc.
    Experience in automation framework development and CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure Dev Ops.
    Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
    Proven ability to impart knowledge and mentor others.

    Proficiency in programming languages (C#, Java), automation test tools (Selenium, Test Complete), test management tools (Zephyr, HP ALM, JIRA), and CI/CD tools.

    Active participation in the continuous improvement process.
