    The Role:

    • As CEO, you will oversee all aspects of AIDF's operations, strategy, and performance.
    • Manage a diverse investment portfolio, ensure compliance with prudential guidelines, and drive organisational impact.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and organisational excellence.
    • Manage financial performance, including loan quality, treasury management, and adherence to internal guidelines.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, the Board, Anglican Diocesan Services, and strategic partners.
    • Inspire and lead a skilled team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
    • Ensure legislative requirements are met, including anti-money laundering laws and exemption from the Banking Act.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated experience in leading financial or service-oriented organisations.
    • Strong qualifications in business, finance, or management.
    • Expertise in financial operations, lending processes, treasury management, and budget oversight.
    • Proven ability to build high-value client relationships.
    • Leadership skills with a vision-oriented, long-term strategic outlook.
    • Exceptional communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
    • Alignment with Anglican Church values or active membership in a recognised Christian denomination.
    • Familiarity with commercial property lending and portfolio management.
    • Commitment to ethical leadership, trustworthiness, and integrity.
