    Service SA creates a frictionless customer experience, providingtransactional and regulatory services, including registration andlicencing transactions for vehicle and recreational boatingservices in South Australia, through an integrated multi-channelapproach for our community.

    We are currently seeking dynamic and customer-orientatedindividuals to join our Customer Service Teambased at Service SA Murray Bridge.
    The Opportunity

    Our Service Delivery Officers work as part of a team within the Service SA Customer Service Centre and Virtual Contact Centre.

    The role works in a frontline customer service deliveryenvironment, delivering a comprehensive range of Governmentservices to customers, including receiving, recording and providinginformation on matters relating to the registration of vehicles,licensing and accreditation of drivers along with the processingand receipting of the associated documents.

    The Service Delivery Officer provides and supports a qualitycustomer service experience to customers via face to face,telephone, email, internet and in writing, ensuring that theprocessing and receipting activities comply with policy, procedureand Government financial and audit guidelines.

    This includesensuring customers are aware of their rights and obligations underthe legislation administered by Service SA.

    Excellent communication and engagementskills, with the ability to convey information clearly andconcisely with a diverse range of customers.
    Experience and enthusiasm in providing aresponsive and helpful service to thecommunity.
    Problem-solving skills and the ability tohandle challenging situations with professionalism andempathy.
    Experience in, or ability to, interpretvarying levels of documents and procedures, and followguidelines and process.
    Abilityto multi-task and manage high volumes of work accurately andengage positively when servicing customers across the variouschannels.

    Special Conditions
    Prior to employment withthe Department the successful candidate will be required toprovide:

    A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment inthe Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must berenewed every three years.

    A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to employment with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, which must berenewed every five years before expiry.

    Some out of hours andweekend work, along with intrastate travel may be required.

    Our Service Delivery Officers should be prepared to be reassignedto different Service SA locations during periods of staff absencesand high workloads or as required to meet business needs.

    Remuneration
    ASO3- $66,590 to $70,968 per annum
