We are proud to become a new Australian Department of Defence partner offering career opportunities to support the delivery of Property and Asset Services across South Australia and the Northern Territory. We have opportunities available for qualified Plumbers to join our Defence division and support with this contract up to 10 years. These are permanent full-time positions based at any of the key Defence bases across the Northern Territory including RAAF Darwin Larrakeyah Precinct Robertson Barracks and RAAF Tindal.About us

Responsibilities
You will ensure the effective efficient repair maintenance plumbing fixtures fittings pipework systems plumbing-related infrastructure all Defence buildings structures infrastructure Inspecting diagnosing repairing plumbing issues in Defence buildings infrastructure Installing maintaining repairing plumbing fixtures sinks toilets water heaters Ensuring all work complies current legislation regulatory standards Conducting routine maintenance checks on systems pipework Collaborating other staff contractors complete repairs installations Maintaining accurate records work performed materials time spent Responding emergency situations promptly efficiently Advising selection materials equipment for repairs installations Providing technical guidance junior staff apprentices Identifying areas process improvement collaborating teams implement best practices.Job description
