    Warehouse Manager - Medical Cannabis Distributor

    We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead the management of our new warehouse.

    About the Role

    • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of warehouse setup
    • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and workflow
    • E nsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for the storage and distribution of cannabis products
    • Lead the recruitment, training, and management of warehouse staff to build a competent and motivated team
    • Drive operational excellence through continuous process optimisation

    Requirements

    • Tertiary qualification
    • Over 7 years of experience working in warehouse management with pharmaceutical or complementary medicine products
    • Previous experience with the storage of Schedule 8 drugs will be highly regarded
    • Thrives in fast-paced environments and prioritises tasks effectively
    • Strong organisational skills: manages time efficiently and coordinates multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
    • Excellent problem-solving skills: identifies issues, analyses root causes, and implements effective solutions
    • Excellent communication and negotiating skills

    Estimated Salary:

    $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
